How far in advance do I need to book my wedding flowers with you?

Booking early is advisable due to the large amount of orders we receive. Usually 3 to 4 months prior to your wedding is adequate this leaves time for your flowers to be made and viewed so that any changes that you may wish to make, can be completed in plenty of time.

Do I have to pay for my flowers in full?

No, a deposit will secure your order - The deposit payable to secure your booking will be between £50.00 to £200.00 depending on the total value of your order, the amount payable will be stated in your confirmation email and will be payable by using PayPal, via means of a payment request by email from PayPal, or by cheque made payable to: The Floral Touch UK - Postal address details will be enclosed in your confirmation email.

Do I have to have a PayPal account?

No, Paypal offers the exact same service to none account holders, payment is easy and instruction is given to you by PayPal, just click on their secure link in your payment request email or Bank Transfer - Details will be provided at time of placing your order.

Is my payment by PayPal secure?

Yes, PayPal use a very secure payment method, your details are kept private & confidential and have AntiFraud protection. Payment by Bank Transfer - Your bank should have the highest most advanced online security software, please check with our bank if you are unsure. 

Will I get a receipt?

Yes, you can print of the payment receipt from PayPal at the time of making your payment and you will also receive a receipt from us once your payment has been verified.

When will my flowers be delivered and when will I need to pay the balance?

Your flowers will be delivered approximately 4 weeks prior to your wedding day unless otherwise agreed. The balance will be payable 2 weeks prior to delivery so the balance will be payable 6 weeks before your wedding day.

If I want my flowers earlier than 4 weeks would this be possible?

If we have been given enough notice that you require your flowers earlier than agreed then we will do our very best to provide them earlier but this will have to be negotiated due to our abundance of orders and payment in full we be required if your order is required in less than 6 weeks.

Will I lose my deposit if I cancel my booking?

I'm afraid the deposit is non-refundable as we do not carry large stocks of flowers, they are bought in as required as we like to keep up to date with all the new tends. We also offer a bespoke wedding flower service tailored made for you the bride.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds due to your order being specially created to your own specification and preference and due to the possibility of us having turned down an order, as we only take on a certain amount of weddings per month. However if you are unhappy with your chosen design once viewed (via photograph or call in to our studio) and would like us to make slight alterations to it, within reason, we would be very happy to oblige ( additional costs may be incurred if more materials are required).

Do you offer a colour match so that my flowers match my bridesmaid outfits?

Yes we do, by forwarding us a sample of your bridesmaid fabric, we will do our very best to match the colour or advise you of a choice of a contrasting colour if your colour choice is unavailable in a flower type. We also offer an airbrushing service for colours which cannot or are very difficult to be matched, this ensures that you get the flowers that you love in your chosen shade.  

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value. All bouquets etc. are designed to your own requirements, so every budget is catered for. There is no compromise on quality as all the flowers that we use are of a high standard, so even if you have a small budget, rest assured your chosen flowers will be of a very high quality & of course be very beautiful.

Can I change the flower type or the colours of one of your designs?

Yes you may, if the colour you choose is available in that particular flower. If not then we will inform you of a similar flower type that is available or offer you our airbrushing service. There may be a slight difference in costs which could be lower or higher than the price stated on our web site dependent on your flower choice, you will be informed of whichever applies before you make any payment.

Once we have received your order requirements, we will personally check through it and you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order details so that you can check that all the details we have received are correct. Our email will also contain deposit & payment details and a guide to delivery dates.
