HOW TO ORDER
For Items/Designs as they appear on our website - Simply complete in full the order form below and click submit. Please ensure that all information including the STYLE NO.(s) and amount(s) required is entered correctly as we will be unable to process your order without this information.
We will aim to respond ASAP.
For Bespoke/Custom Made Designs - Please contact us by email - [email protected] - Please give as much information as possible in order for us to quote effectively - If you wish to attach photographs of designs that you like even fresh flower designs as we can work with these too, this would be most helpful.
We will aim to respond within 48 hours - this may be longer during our extremely busy periods ie. end of May to mid August.
GENUINE ORDERS ONLY PLEASE - This is not an automated service, all orders are answered in person, thank you.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as possible on receipt of your order/enquiry confirming availability and delivery times.
When filling out our order form, please ensure you give us your correct email address.
Please do not make any payments until you receive our confirmation email or a PayPay invoice, unless you are purchasing BUY NOW items.
