I got married this September and I ordered my bouquet, two bridesmaids bouquets, three button holes and one corsage from The Floral Touch UK. My flowers arrived earlier than I had expected and I was really pleased with the quality. I had requested a bespoke service and send pictures of what I had in mind. Joanne sent me a few pictures as she went along to make sure that I liked the bouquets and was open to do any tweaks at no extra cost. The flowers looked exceptional, were just what I had asked for and they did not look like fake flowers at all. I was very very happy with the result and everyone complimented them. I would highly recommend the service for anyone looking for artificial flowers for any occasion.

Wedding 7th October in Gretna Green.

I just have to say how wonderful the flowers were, so perfect and so realistic.The two bridesmaids posies, my bouquet and of course all the button holes and coursages were gorgeous. When they arrived on the date you gave to me, they were packaged extremely well and were in perfect condition.

I need to add that your customer service is without a doubt one of the best I have come across, from the moment I spoke to you, gave you my order right up to the point of delivery you were so obliging, honest, helpful and sincere, even when I needed help with the colours, you added an adition colour, gave me the chance to look at it and consider and then changed it back for me, when I was unsure of the colour in the first photo, you sent another, this time in full daylight, showing the true colour which put my mind to rest.

I have recommended you to several friends, not just for weddings but for displays in the home and for beloved family funerals, something to last longer on the grave but look natural. I wish you every success in you business and will come back to you without any hesitation in the future.
